Daryl has transformed the way I train, think and feel. When I first met him a few years ago, I was in decent shape but struggled with a niggling hip injury and continuously aching lower back. A bespoke training and lifestyle plan addressing all the findings from your assessment. This can include advice on footwear, breath work, sleep habits and offsetting prolonged daily sitting.
Private access to regularly updated video lectures & mobility routines, along with general advice on hip & back health related matters.
5 Session/5 Week Program
This 5 session package includes an in depth initial assessment, 4 PT sessions and access to the online education. All clients receive their own individual training programs to work on throughout the duration of the training package.
10 Session/10 Week Program
This 10 session package includes an in depth initial assessment, 9 PT sessions and access to the online education. All clients receive their own individual training programs to work on throughout the duration of the training package.
