My passion and aim is to educate people how to look after their own bodies, reduce niggles and pain and regain the confidence to get back doing what they enjoy, be it training, sports or life in general.

A holistic and data driven approach including in depth movement, muscle and joint focused assessment of the whole body.
Overall stress levels, lifestyle, medical and injury history data is also collected to get a broader understanding of you as an individual in order to plan your exercise at the right level.
Follow up meeting and report is also included to discuss findings from the assessment and give an overview of the exercise program moving forwards.
The assessment process is ideally done in person for a more thorough analysis but online option is available.

A bespoke training plan with lifestyle suggestions addressing all the findings from your assessment. This can include advice on footwear, breath work, sleep habits and offsetting prolonged daily sitting.

5 Session/5 Week Program
This 5 session package includes an in depth initial assessment, 4 PT sessions and access to the online education. All clients receive their own individual training programs to work on throughout the duration of the training package.
10 Session/10 Week Program
This 10 session package includes an in depth initial assessment, 9 PT sessions and access to the online education. All clients receive their own individual training programs to work on throughout the duration of the training package.
